Can you customize a crane for our project?
Yes. Crane configurations can be customized according to the application, lifting capacity, span, lifting height, travel length, working environment, duty requirements, operating speed and local power supply.
What information is required for a quotation?
Please provide the crane type, lifting capacity, span, lifting height, travel length, indoor or outdoor application, working frequency and power supply. Factory drawings or workplace photos are also helpful.
Do you provide installation and after-sales support?
Yes. We provide technical documentation, remote installation guidance and after-sales support. On-site assistance can also be discussed according to the project location and requirements.
Can Cranox support international projects?
